Staying ahead of my hydration with @drinkdripdrop this summer.
It’s been brutal training for the Chicago Marathon in this heat and when I was at altitude in Colorado, I felt it even more.
Instead of fighting the heat like I’ve done in the past, I’m trying to see it as an opportunity to build fitness. But to do that, I have to stay on top of hydration. I know when the weather finally cools down, I’ll feel the benefits of putting in the work now.
