Meet Silke, one of our incredible Shift Leads and truly a foundation stone here at Bonté. 💛 She’s sweet, generous, and unfailingly kind—the kind of person who makes every day in the bakery brighter.
You’ll often find her singing while she works (it’s the best background music 🎶) and offering wise counsel when we’re puzzling out the tricky parts of a busy kitchen day. She’s also our “secret knower of things” 😉—someone we can always count on for insight, perspective, and a laugh when we need it most.
