After 22 years in the U.S. Air Force, Eloy faced a whole new kind of uncertainty transitioning into civilian life. At 41 years old, with no electrical experience, he took a leap of faith and joined IBEW Local 673. What he brought with him was resilience, perseverance, and the same sense of duty that carried him through multiple overseas deployments. Today, Eloy is proud to call the IBEW 673 his new brotherhood, and he’s proof that it’s never too late to start fresh.
